VAPEO™ is our proprietary coaching methodology focused on Vision, Alignment, Planning, Execution, and Optimization. It's designed specifically for executives and founders who need to move from reactive "busy work" to strategic leadership with measurable roadmaps. The framework provides both the strategic clarity and the execution discipline needed to drive sustainable growth.
Consultants tell you what to do; coaches help you build the capability to execute consistently. We don't just deliver a strategy deck—we work alongside you to implement it, hold you accountable, and optimize as you go. You gain both the plan AND the execution discipline. The initial 4-week intensive requires 2-3 hours per week for assessments and planning sessions. Ongoing coaching involves twice monthly 60-minute sessions plus implementing agreed-upon actions between sessions. The framework is designed for busy executives—we focus on high-impact time, not endless meetings.
The initial engagement is 90 days (one full quarter) after the 4-week VAPEO setup. Many clients continue quarterly or transition to monthly check-ins for ongoing optimization.
